Exothermic
Sleeve
& Powder

In order to control the shrinkage defects that occur during solidification, the riser is installed in the area where the probability of defects is high, and the defects are controlled through the feeding effect. However, since is it not possible to install a riser without size limitation for defect control, it is common to use an exothermic sleeve and powder to obtain the maximum effect for a small size riser. In AnyCasting, an exothermic sleeve function that allows various sleeve data and direct user input. Use this feature to consider the heating effect of the riser.

Pouring Basin

When pouring the melt by gravity, it is possible to pour using the Pouring Basin feature in AnyCasting. After placing the pouring basin shape on the top of the sprue, it is possible to analyze the filling based on the acceleration of gravity due to free fall rather than the set pouring time based on amount of melt, temperature of melt, and external pressing force. In addition, by using the stopper feature, pouring can be started based on a certain amount of melt volume in a certain time or in pouring basin.
