Cooling
& Heating
Channel

In order to control defects such as shrinkage generated during solidification in the product and product deformation after ejection due to temperature deviation, the die casting process uses cooling and temperature control channel to minimize defects and maximize mold life. AnyCasting enables prediction of solidification pattern control by channel through channel modeling and by appropriate setting of each channel.

Shrinkage Prediction & Volume

The Temperature of the Cooling
Channel is Maintained at the
Temperature Specified by the User.

  • Automatic measurement of channel length and cross-sectional area based on modeling
  • Selectable materials for cooling and constant temperature of water, oil, air, etc.
  • Channel condition control using temperature or flux
  • Channel control by setting time and specific temperature section of installed sensor
  • Setting suitable characteristic for each channel such as Line, Spot, Conformal, etc.

Spot Channel

Spot Channel is for solidification control in a specific area, and unlike Line Channel, it controls shrinkage defects by giving strong cooling effect to a specific area. AnyCasting is designed to be like the actual effect of spot channels by implementing powerful cooling settings for a specific area to be cooled by setting the cooling capacity for each section within the channel shape.

Spot Channel
  • Automatic measurement of channel length and cross-sectional area based on modeling
  • Selectable materials for cooling and constant temperature of water, oil, air, etc.
  • Channel condition control using temperature or flux
  • Channel control by setting time and specific temperature section of installed sensor
  • Cooling capacity setting according to channel section
