Centrifugal
Process

The centrifugal casting process can be classified into vertical and horizontal casting. In the case of vertical casting, it is important whether the filling position for the melt can be implemented. This is the case where the filling is done from the center of the upper part of the product and the case where the pouring is done from the outside of the upper center point.
AnyCasting’s centrifugal casting module can be set and analyzed in both vertical and horizontal types, and has a setting close to that of the actual centrifugal casting with a high degree of freedom setting that is not dependent on the filling method, and the reliability of the result is very high

  • Vertical and horizontal centrifugal casting analysis is possible
  • Intuitive verification of user-set values (center rotation direction)
  • Rotation angle, time, melt filling rate vs. rotation speed (RPM) setting
  • Setting the gate based on the rotation axis, the gate outside the center of the rotation axis can be set

Horizontal Centrifugal Casting
requires Ring-Type Gate Modeling

  • Horizontal centrifugal casting
  • Able to set gate location & size
  • Rotation axis/ direction setting
  • Able to input rotation speed
Centrifugal Process
  • Vertical centrifugal casting
  • Center of gate position
  • Rotation axis/ direction setting
  • Able to input rotation speed

Injecting at the Center of Rotation does
not Require a Separate Gate Modeling.
